Control Valve Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe (Germany)

Valvesonly Europe designs and manufactures metal control valves for precise, stable modulation in harsh European operating conditions. Built in Germany under PED 2014/68/EU, our valves meet EN, ASME, and API standards, with 3.1/3.2 certification and full NDE traceability.

Function & Working

Control valves vary the flow area using actuator-driven trim (plug/cage/characterized seat). Our trims are engineered for linear/equal-percentage characteristics with anti-cavitation, low-noise cages, and hardened surfaces for erosive duty.

Advantages

  • Tight control under fluctuating ΔP and temperature
  • Noise & cavitation mitigation (multi-hole, staged-drop cages)
  • Surface finish ≤ Ra 0.8 μm on sealing interfaces
  • ISO 15848-1 fugitive-emission packing options
  • Interchangeable actuators (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic)

Types Offered

Globe (single/double seated) • Angle • Cage-guided • 3-Way (mixing/diverting) • Cryogenic (–196 °C)

Industries in Europe

Oil & Gas • Refining • Power (conventional & district heating) • Chemical • Desalination/Water • Marine • Pulp & Paper • Mining
