Control Valve Manufacturer in Germany – Valvesonly Europe

Valvesonly Europe is a specialized Control Valve Manufacturer in Germany, engineering precision metal control valves for stable and accurate flow regulation in demanding European industries. Designed and built in Germany under PED 2014/68/EU, our control valves comply with EN, ASME, and API standards, with complete EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certification and full NDE traceability.

Function & Working

A control valve regulates fluid flow by varying the flow area through actuator-driven motion of the plug, cage, or seat assembly. Our valves are engineered for linear and equal-percentage characteristics, providing smooth modulation and minimal hysteresis. Advanced anti-cavitation and low-noise cage designs ensure stable operation under varying differential pressures and harsh service conditions. Hardened trims and surface treatments extend valve life in erosive or high-pressure duties.

Advantages

Precise control under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions
Multi-hole and staged-drop cages for cavitation and noise reduction
Surface finish ≤ Ra 0.8 μm for tight sealing performance
ISO 15848-1 compliant fugitive emission packing options
Interchangeable actuators – pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic
Modular construction for simplified maintenance and trim replacement
